KELIN promotes and protects health-related human rights for all. It engages in long-term human rights-based work, builds resilience, responds to health violations, and seeks to address the root cause of health violations through advocacy work.

KELIN has the capacity and relevant governance structures to support other organisations that need them. Fiscal hosting services also help grow KELIN's networks locally and internationally and earn some income to further its mission and enhance its organisational sustainability.
